THOM

BISHOP-MILLER

Healer. Hope-Giver. Legacy Builder.

Thom lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, where family is at the center of his life. He’s a husband, a dad, and a proud papa to four grandchildren, alongside two dachshunds who keep things full of life.

He’s always been someone who enjoys connecting with people. Thom cares deeply, encourages often, and naturally creates spaces where others feel comfortable being themselves. That has shaped both his personal life and the way he shows up in his work.

As the co-host of the Uncommon Thread Podcast, Thom, alongside his co-host Destiney, has honest conversations around faith, identity, and purpose. Their goal is simple, to help people move past labels and step into who they are in Christ.

With over 30 years in healthcare, Thom has spent most of his career serving others and leading teams. He currently serves as Director of Business Development, continuing to lead with consistency and care.

In this season, Thom has stepped into publishing. As an author and through his publishing work, he helps others bring their stories into written form with clarity and structure. Through a guided and collaborative process, he works with individuals to shape their experiences into meaningful manuscripts that reflect their voice and message.

Leadership has been a steady part of Thom’s life, from healthcare to ministry to his community. One memorable experience was being selected to participate in a local Chamber of Commerce Dancing with the Stars event, where he was honored with the People’s Choice Award.

Today, Thom is a member of Limitless Church in Fayetteville, Georgia, under the leadership of Kimberly Jones, widely known as Real Talk Kim. Through the RTK Innercircle and Masterminds, he continues to grow through mentorship, community, and support that help guide his work and impact.
