Thom lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, where family is at the center of his world. He proudly wears the hats of husband, dad, and papa to four wonderful grandchildren, alongside two lovable dachshunds who keep life full of joy.

Known as a natural people person, Thom lights up any room he enters. He’s recognized for loving deeply, encouraging generously, and bringing joy wherever he goes. His gift for connection has been the heartbeat of both his personal and professional life.

As Co-Host of the Uncommon Thread Podcast, Thom—together with his co-host Destiney—dives into out-of-the-box conversations on faith, fashion, and identity. Their mission: to inspire listeners to break free from labels and boldly embrace who they are in Christ.

Professionally, Thom draws from over 30 years of experience as a nurse and currently serves as Director of Business Development for a local healthcare company. His passion for helping others has also led him to become an author of three inspiring books, where he shares his story with authenticity, faith, and purpose.

Leadership is woven into Thom’s DNA. He has guided teams in healthcare, in ministry, and in his community. One highlight: being chosen to participate in his local Chamber of Commerce’s Dancing with the Stars event—where his energy and heart earned him the People’s Choice Award.

Today, Thom is a proud member of Limitless Church in Fayetteville, Georgia, under the leadership of his pastor, Real Talk Kim (Bishop Kimberly Jones). Through the RTK Innercircle and Masterminds, Thom has found transformational love, mentorship, and support that fuel his mission to impact others.
